QSCL is led by Andre Lynch, (Principal and Managing Director). Andre is an established and accomplished professional with over three (3) decades of experience managing multiple types of commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional construction projects. Andre has worked in the construction industry in the capacity of; Carpenter, Teacher/Instructor, Acting Facilities Manager, Project Manager, and Site Superintendent where he successfully trained/mentored students & employees and also completed projects on time and within budget.
